At RPS Water Pumps, we want to ensure your water management systems are running perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pump or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Pump Securely
Ensure the water pump is drained of all fluids and placed in its original packaging with all included manuals and fittings to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
